The Problem
The office was running bookings on paper and WhatsApp messages: no single place for the customer, the trip, the departure date, what had been invoiced and what was still owed. Every month-end meant rebuilding the numbers by hand.
Our Solution
We built a full management system on Laravel with MySQL: a bookings desk where every reservation carries its customer, trip, departure date, traveller count and total, with a controlled status flow (draft → confirmed → completed / cancelled) and a full history of every transition. From a booking you issue a printable invoice, split it into installments, record payments against it and track outstanding dues. Customers, suppliers, products and departure dates live in one place, and a dashboard with charts shows daily and monthly bookings, revenue and collections. Three roles — admin, accountant and booking officer — each see exactly what they should.
The Result
The office now runs its whole cycle inside one system: a booking becomes an invoice, an invoice becomes an installment plan, and every amount is traceable from the dashboard down to the payment record.
